About the Artist
My name is Shannon Calley, and I am the artist behind CalleyCoastal. I started my shop in 2013 so I could explore different artistic avenues while I was in college, beginning with wire-wrapping. Now, ten years later, I have developed a unique style of wrapping that is all my own. This means that not only is my work one-of-a-kind, but filled with meaning and an art you will not find anywhere else. My Process
Wire-wrapping is a no heat process which involves bending, coiling, weaving, and wrapping wires around each other. I use copper, sterling silver, argentium silver, and 14 k gold fill wire to create an array of original designs.
